The special menu includes stuffed eggplant with black-bean sauce; conch with shredded leeks; Peking pork chops, coated with an intense brown sauce; steamed chicken with ginger and garlic; salty, spicy shrimp, with edible head and shell (eating them is optional); steamed buffalo fish; and a number of casseroles, such as the excellent one of shrimp, chicken, and pork. Dim sum is served daily, although it's the weekend offerings that bring the Chinese community out in force.
